Free delivery for orders over €150 (gross)

• Orders received Monday to Friday before 2 PM will be dispatched the same day, provided the items are in stock; 90 to 95% of our products are generally kept in stock.
• Shipping costs within Germany are €7.50 gross. Exceptions apply to orders requiring bulky item shipping. In such cases, we will provide a corresponding shipping cost offer.
• Shipping is carried out from modern logistics centres across Europe. Your shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and will give you a clear total amount.
• Please ensure you create a customer account when placing your order so that you can track the progress of your order.
• Free delivery for orders with a minimum purchase value of €150 (including VAT).

How are transport costs calculated?

Transport costs are calculated during the checkout process, and the final shipping costs are displayed once you select your destination country and address.

How much does delivery cost?

We reserve the right to apply a freight surcharge for certain bulky items, including monitors and printers, on overseas deliveries. This also applies if the destination address is outside our normal delivery areas. You will be notified by email if your order includes a surcharge and will have the option to agree to the additional freight costs or cancel your order.

How quickly will I receive my order?

Orders received Monday to Friday before 2 PM will be dispatched the same day, provided the items are in stock. Within Germany, your order usually arrives the next working day.

In some areas, delivery may take 2-3 days. (Exceptions apply to international orders)
