Do you need help?

At Grafipress, we care about our customers and are happy to advise you whenever we can. All we need to provide support is a request from you. You can submit this request using the form below. This ensures that we respond to all inquiries chronologically and as quickly as possible.

We strive to respond promptly to technical support requests (during our office hours). Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Installing the latest software or drivers usually solves most common application problems.
