Prepayment
We also offer you the option of paying by bank transfer.
If you pay by bank transfer, you will receive an order confirmation (prepayment invoice) from us containing specific payment details. Please ensure you make the payment as soon as possible. Payment should be made within 5 days of order confirmation to guarantee the pricing.
To avoid delays, please include your order number on your bank transfer (you can find this in your order confirmation). The bank details are provided on your order confirmation.

Who can order without VAT?
We may not charge VAT under certain conditions, provided that:
- You are resident in a third country (e.g. Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway).
